Register/ Add Port Security Charge (PSC) Payment Service Service Description - This service provides shippers with a one-stop solution to settle port security charge imposed on laden containers by Kwai Tsing terminals. To settle the charge, a PSC user can use one of the two system functions - either by purchase of e-Coupon or by container nomination.
