Register/ Add Empty Collection Appointment (ECA) Service
Service Description -
This service helps trucking companies, shippers and forwarders comply with the "24-hour rule" imposed by US and EU Customs. An ECA user is able to obtain container and seal numbers prior to physical pickup of empty container by making an online or phone appointment for up to 3 days in advance of pickup. (
